Constipation can be an indication that you’re experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and it can also make other pelvic floor related issues (like incontinence and pain with penetration) worse.

In this workshop, you'll,
- learn about different types of constipation, and basic pelvic floor and digestive anatomy,
- practice simple stretches and self-massage techniques to aide easeful elimination,
- learn breathing practices and practical postural tips you can use daily to help with more regular flow,
- receive a daily plan to follow to help long term.
