Online small group personal training program to build hip and core strength, safe and supportive for anyone experiencing core and pelvic floor related issues (such as incontinence, diastasis recti, organ prolapse, pain during intercourse, hip/back pain, chronic constipation).
We'll warm up with pelvic floor awareness and breathing exercises to connect with your core, progress to sets of strength movements, and cool down with a focus on mobility and myofascial release.
You'll build more core strength, pelvic floor coordination, and continue to practice both mobility and stability throughout your hips and back.
